2.1 EV Charging Terminals
1.AEV300-AC007D-EU 7kW EU-standard AC Wall-mounted Charger
Single-phase 230V input, Type 2 interface, IP54 protection. Supports RFID card and Plug & Charge. Ideal for private parking spaces, office buildings, underground parking garages of apartments and small commercial slow-charging scenarios.

2.AEU160 All-in-one DC Fast Charger (Max. 160kW Dual Gun)
3-phase 400V input, dual-gun configuration optional (CCS2+CCS2 / CCS2+GBT), IP55 outdoor protection with dynamic power allocation. Suitable for medium-sized charging stations and light logistics fleets.

3.AEU320 All-in-one Ultra-fast DC Charger (Max. 320kW Dual Gun)
High-power modular DC fast charger with peak 320kW output for single gun. Applicable to highway service stations, bus depots, large logistics parks and large-scale commercial charging hubs.

1.ADL200 Single-phase MID AC Energy Meter
Matched with 7kW AC chargers for independent energy metering and consumption statistics of AC charging loops. DIN rail mounting with compact size and RS485 Modbus communication.


2.DJSF1352-D Integrated DC MID Energy Meter
Designed for AEU160 / AEU320 DC fast chargers to perform high-precision DC energy measurement. Built-in shunt for convenient integration inside DC chargers, enabling compliant billing of DC charging energy.


2.3 Safety Monitoring Equipment
AIM-D500 DC Insulation Monitoring Device
Complies with IEC 61557-8. Installed on the DC bus of DC chargers to continuously monitor insulation resistance between DC positive/negative poles and earth. It triggers alarms and can interlock charger shutdown when insulation resistance drops below threshold, preventing DC leakage hazards and meeting mandatory EU safety specifications for DC charging systems.


2.4 Upper-layer System & Communication
- Local side: Meters and insulation monitoring devices connect to gateway via RS485;
- Cloud side: Chargers support native OCPP1.6J (upgradeable to OCPP 2.0.1);
- Optional accessories: AcrelEMS Charging Station Energy Management Platform, ACCU-500 Flexible Load Controller for dynamic load management, PV coordinated charging and transformer overload prevention.

System Architecture
Installation Note: AIM-D500 and DJSF1352-D are installed on the internal DC bus of DC chargers to monitor DC bus insulation status and charging energy in real time.
3.2.1 Brief Introduction to AEU160 / AEU320 All-in-one DC Fast Chargers
- AEU160: Max. 160kW total dual-gun output, voltage range 150~1000VDC with dynamic power distribution between two guns. Suitable for medium commercial charging stations and light logistics fleets.
- AEU320: Max. 320kW total dual-gun output, single gun supports peak 320kW ultra-fast charging, applicable for buses, heavy trucks and highway charging stations.
- Common features: IP55 outdoor cabinet, 7-inch industrial touch screen, EU CCS2 interface, OCPP protocol, emergency stop, cabinet door interlock and anti-collision protection.
3.2.2 DJSF1352-D Integrated DC MID Energy Meter
- Integrated structure with built-in shunt, no extra shunt required for easy integration inside DC chargers;
- MID-certified DC energy measurement to satisfy commercial charging billing regulations in Europe;
- Measures DC voltage, DC current, forward & reverse energy, supports Modbus data upload;
- Wide voltage coverage 150~1000VDC, fully matching voltage range of EV traction batteries.
3.2.3 AIM-D500 DC Insulation Monitoring Device (Core Safety Component)
- Standard: IEC 61557-8, complying with EU mandatory requirements for insulation monitoring of DC power supply systems;
- Function: Continuously monitors insulation resistance between DC positive/negative poles and earth. Outputs alarm signals once insulation failure occurs, and can interlock charger control system to cut off power output;
- Application: Mandatory for all DC fast charging systems to prevent electric shock and fire risks caused by DC leakage;
- Communication: RS485 uploads insulation resistance value and fault alarms to platform, enabling remote monitoring of DC system safety status.

7. Brief Description of System Topology
- AC charging branch: Mains power → ADL200 energy meter → 7kW AC charger → EV
- DC charging branch: 3-phase AC input feeds power modules inside DC charger. The output DC bus connects to AIM-D500 insulation monitoring device and DJSF1352-D DC energy meter sequentially, finally connected to CCS2 charging gun.
- All meters and insulation monitoring devices connect to IoT gateway via RS485;
- Gateway collects local data, forwards OCPP data from chargers simultaneously and uploads information to AcrelEMS platform or client-owned charging operation platform.
