2019, Established Jiangsu Acrel Microgrid Institute Co., Ltd, dedicated to the integration of technology research platforms in the field of enterprise microgrids.
2022 Establish a subsidiary in Singapore.
2022, the company's product EMS platform has completed the upgrade from 1.0 (automation and digitalization) to 2.0 (interconnection and interaction 0 version) and will be integrated into the optical storage and charging platform based on the EMS 2.0 platform to achieve interconnection, interoperability and interaction.

Factory&Headquarter

The following are our research institutes and factories. Located in Wuxi City, our manufacturing plant adopts a lead-free production process. Our functional testing center coupled with an information management system guarantees our products' industrialization and large-scale production. Furthermore, Acrel can quickly respond to customer needs with our comprehensive sales network and technical support team, providing the highest levels of customer service.

With an area of 60,000 square meters, our manufacturing plant comes fully equipped with 6 automatic SMT assembly lines, 5 semi-automatic electronic assembly lines, 4 complete production lines, 2 electricity sensor production lines, and 2 non-standard low-voltage electrical equipment production lines. Our annual production capacity can reach 2,000,000 power meters and metering devices, 1,700,000 electricity sensors, and 10,000 non-standard electrical equipment. The advanced information management system incorporates various functional departments, allowing for high production efficiency and fast delivery. The entire production process is carried out in accordance with ISO9001 Quality Management Standard.

Test Center

Acrel testing center was established in 2008, capable of implementing a series of tests including electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing, electrical performance testing, electrical safety testing, climatic testing, mechanical environmental testing, IP testing, HALT/HASS testing, material testing, etc.

The testing center covers an area of 1,000 square meters approximately and has more than 40 advanced testing equipment. We have set up a scientific standard quality management system in compliance with the requirements of CNAS-CL01/ISO17025 (Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories), aiming at providing reliable testing services for worldwide customers.
